 I can’t find my tracking number:

Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships (check your spam folder if you don’t see it!). If you haven’t received tracking, your order may still be processing.

• Demi-Fine Jewelry: ships within 1–3 business days (may take slightly longer during holidays).
• Fine Jewelry & Made-to-Order Collection: please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before shipment, as each piece is carefully handcrafted.

Shipping speeds apply after processing time. For example, selecting Next Day Shipping means your order will ship with that service once it’s ready—but not necessarily the day after purchase.
