Le Serey Warranty Policy

We believe your jewelry should be just as dependable as it is beautiful. Every Le Serey piece comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturer defects — because we stand behind our craftsmanship.

What’s Covered

Our warranty includes repairs for issues caused by a manufacturing defect, such as:
• Spring clasp breaking
• Chain disconnecting from the clasp or jump ring
• Chain breaking in the middle without force applied (no stretched or pulled links)
• Earring post or clasp breaking without applied force

If your jewelry qualifies, we’ll repair it free of charge — simple as that. 

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use
• Damage caused by force, such as pulling or catching on something
• Tarnishing or fading that naturally occurs over time due to exposure to skin oils, lotions, perfumes, or environmental factors
• Metal corrosion or discoloration caused by exposure to harsh chemicals such as cleaning products, chlorine, or beauty treatments

If your item isn’t eligible under the warranty, don’t worry — we can sometimes repair it for a small fee, and we’ll always confirm the cost before moving forward.

How to Start a Warranty Request

1. Email us at info@leserey.com with the subject line:
    “Warranty Request – Order #XXXX”

2. Attach clear photos of:
    • Where the defect occurred
    • The entire piece of jewelry

3. In your email, include your:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • A short note describing what happened

4. Once we receive your email, our team will review your request and take care of you right away.
