Le Serey Warranty Policy

We believe your jewelry should be just as dependable as it is beautiful. Every Le Serey piece includes a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects. If your piece qualifies, we will provide a one-time complimentary repair or replacement* if the item cannot be repaired.

*Approved warranty replacements are provided at no cost; customers are responsible for applicable shipping fees.

What’s Covered

Our warranty applies to issues caused by a manufacturing defect, including:

• Spring clasp breaking
• Chain disconnecting from the clasp or jump ring
• Chain breaking under normal wear (no visible pulling, stretching, or impact)
• Earring post or closure failure under normal wear

If your piece qualifies, we’ll take care of it—simple as that.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by wear, pressure, or external force. This includes:

• Chains or bangles that have been pulled, bent, or caught on objects
• Pieces that are bent, warped, or misshapen
• Breakage caused by tension, impact, or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear from daily use
• Tarnishing or fading from exposure to skin, moisture, or products
• Discoloration from chemicals such as chlorine, cleaning agents, or beauty treatments

Repairs & Replacements Outside of Warranty

If your item isn’t eligible under warranty, we’re still happy to help when possible.

• Some pieces may be repairable for a small fee
• If a repair isn’t possible, we may offer a discounted replacement

We’ll always review your piece and confirm the best option before moving forward.

How to Start a Warranty Request

  1. Email us at info@leserey.com with the subject line:
     “Warranty Request – Order #XXXX”

  2. Attach clear photos of:
     • Where the defect occurred
     • The entire piece of jewelry

  3. In your email, include your:
     • Full name
     • Order number
     • A short note describing what happened

  4. Once we receive your email, our team will review your request and take care of you right away.
