Gold filled stacking rings take more wear than anything else you own: keys, weights, dishwater, hand sanitizer. Ours are made for exactly that. The gold filled version bonds a thick layer of 14k gold (5% by weight, roughly 5 microns) to a solid core, so it will not flake or rub through the way plated rings do. The silver version is 925 sterling, hypoallergenic and nickel free.
