Holiday shipping is slow....
While our team continues to fulfill your orders with our normal quick turnaround, holiday carrier delays are unfortunately outside of our control. USPS and UPS are experiencing longer transit times during peak season, which means your package may take a little extra time to arrive.
The delivery estimates shown at checkout are based on normal transit times—NOT peak holiday timelines—and because carriers do not guarantee delivery windows during this season, we’re unable to provide exact arrival dates as well.
What does this mean in reality? In our experience, Priority Shipping that normally takes 2-3 business days during non-peak times, can often take a week or more during peak holiday times. We've seen Ground Shipping can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks during the holiday rush.
In other words, we know it can be frustrating. Holiday carrier delays are a yearly reality, and once an order leaves our studio, we’re at the mercy of USPS and UPS.
Once your order has been handed off to USPS or UPS, any delay is in the carrier’s hands. We always recommend ordering early and expecting a bit of wiggle room for delivery.
Thank you for your patience and for supporting our small business this holiday season. Your pieces are absolutely worth the wait. ✨
